Newcastle Basketball and the Newcastle Falcons are proud to announce a new partnership with TruForm (formerly Cryoking) ahead of the 2026 NBL1 East season as the Official Recovery Partner.
The partnership will see TruForm support the health and recovery of Falcons athletes throughout the season, while also working closely with the wider Newcastle Basketball community. Through advanced recovery and wellness services, TruForm will play an important role in helping Falcons players perform at their best while supporting athlete recovery across the program.
Newcastle Basketball GM Sara Jiear said the partnership represents another step forward in strengthening the high-performance environment around its NBL1 programs.
“We’re excited to partner with TruForm and look forward to building a strong and lasting relationship,” Jiear said. “Our goal is to provide our NBL1 teams with the best sports science and recovery support available, helping our athletes perform at their peak throughout the season.”
TruForm Co-founder Hayley Ianna said the partnership was a natural fit. “We’re excited to partner with Newcastle Basketball and support the Newcastle Falcons NBL1 teams,” Ianna said. “We’re already working with some of Newcastle’s top athletes, so partnering with the Falcons made perfect sense. The partnership further strengthens the Falcons’ commitment to providing elite performance environments for their athletes both on and off the court. As part of the partnership, TruForm is offering a special Newcastle Basketball member offer, where members can access any two sessions per week for $39.
Team recovery sessions and reformer classes are also available.
