Mini Hoops
Our Mini Hoops Program is aimed at pre school kids as we aim to:
- Introduce Basic Basketball terms and movements
- Allow kids to socialise and learn
- Work on fine and gross motor skills
The goal is to engage with the kids using basketball based drills and games while having fun !!
Mini Hoops will be a bit different this term.
Before every session, every athlete will need to sign in via the coaches on there court, who will mark them off on the tablet. Each child will be given a colour which represents a group they are in. This group is nothing more than to assist with marking off names to get a better understanding on numbers week after week.
If you are unable to attend a session, and wish to make up a session, you must communicate this directly to development@newcastlebasketball.com.au prior to the make up session.
Term 4 Program – 10-week program
$11.00 annual membership fee
$180 – New participant (includes jersey and basketball)
$130 – Returning Participant
Jerseys and Basketballs for new participants can be collected at the stadium at your first session !

Exclusion Dates
Monday October 26th Friday October 30th Saturday October 31st
Friday November 13th
Participants may attend other sessions to make up for the exclusion dates. Any days you are unable to make, you can attend another session as a makeup session.
