The Newcastle Falcons are pleased to confirm the return of Matur Maluach for the 2026 NBL1 East season.
Maluach re-joins the Falcons lineup bringing athleticism, energy and versatility, continuing to play an important role within the program. His ability to impact the game on both ends of the floor provides valuable depth and flexibility as the team builds towards another competitive campaign.
During the 2025 season, Maluach averaged 8.55 points, 3.40 rebounds and 1.25 assists per game, highlighting his ability to contribute offensively while providing energy and presence across the court.
Fans can catch the Falcons in action at the 2026 season home opener on Saturday, 28 March, when Newcastle hosts the Norths Bears at Newcastle Basketball Stadium.
